Deliver digital products securely the moment customers pay.
Attach files to your products, and every paid order turns into a private download link with limits you control, sent by an email you wrote, from a domain that is yours.
What it does
Everything below is in the app today, on the plans noted in the pricing table.
Delivery email on payment
The moment an order is paid, the buyer gets their download email. On the Pro plan it is sent from your own domain, verified through Resend.
Templates you can edit
Rewrite the subject and body, preview before saving, and show your store logo pulled from your brand settings.
Secure expiring links
Every link is signed and re-checked on each click, then swapped for a storage URL that lives for a minute. Links can carry an expiry date.
Download limits
Cap downloads in total or per rolling window, set the default store wide, and override it on any product.
Delivery timing
Release on payment, after a delay, on fulfillment, or by hand. Preorders can sit held until the files are actually ready.
Digital auto-fulfillment
Once files are released, matching digital line items can be marked fulfilled for you, so they stop sitting in the orders queue.
Bundle zip downloads
An order with several files also gets one Download all (.zip), built once and shared by every order with the same contents.
File versioning
Publish a new version and prior buyers get an update notice. Their existing link keeps working and serves the new file.
Historical backfill
Map files to products you sold before installing, then deliver to those past customers in one reviewed run.
Manual grants
Add a download to any order, or to no order at all, for comps, review copies, support and replacements.
Fraud flagging
A link downloaded from an unusual number of IP addresses gets flagged for review, with the full event history behind it.
Pricing
Plans are billed through Shopify and priced on storage, because storage is the only cost that grows with your catalogue.

Bandwidth is unmetered on every plan, including Free. There is no trial: the Free plan has no time limit, and plans can be changed from inside the app whenever your storage needs change.

Metal Weave Games sells digital products through Shopify, and Ranger Downloads runs in production on our own store. Every feature here exists because we needed it for our own customers first.
